Our own pavlova with Raspberries, Strawberries or Bananas and ginger& all served with cream and a serving of ice cream
Gateau Ganache a hazelnut meringue gateau with a thick chocolate filling topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce with a serving of chocolate Ice cream
Westmorland Tart, a biscuit base with raisins, sultanas and nuts marinated in brandy and orange and topped with whipped cream and rum with a serving of ice cream
Steamed pudding with Dates and stem ginger topped with whipped cream and marbled with toffee sauce
Tarte au Citron with fresh fruit garnish, cream & Ice cream
French fruit Tart - Egg custard tart with strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb served hot with cream
