Avocado fanned with Prawns and herb mayonnaise
Salad of Pear, dried pear, green pepper chards and air dried ham with a Rocquefort dressing
Thinly sliced beef with a radish and rocket salad salad
Mushrooms sauteed with onion, bacon and garlic

Supreme of Duck roasted and served with a Black Cherry sauce
Medaillons of beef sauteed with onions, mushrooms, orange, garlic and finished with brandy and cream
Salmon fillet with cream cheese wrapped in air dried ham baked and served with a dill and lemon sauce.
A brace of boned Quail stuffed with liver pate and roasted with garlic served with a rich pan gravy
