Thinly sliced smoked Lamb with an orange salad
Avocado with salad of grapefruit, orange, apple, pine nuts and red pepper with french dressing

Supreme of Duck roasted and served with a black cherry and thyme sauce
Medaillons of beef sauteed with onions, mushrooms, orange, garlic and finished with brandy and cream
Trout grilled lightly with butter and almonds
Partridge stuffed with boursin, apricots and garlic wrapped in bacon and roasted served with a rich pan gravy and roasted garlic

As usual there will be 2 sittings a small number of diners at 6.30pm for 7pm merging into a second sitting at 8.30pm for 9pm. We will however keep the earlier sitting to small numbers.
We would ask that people booked for the first sitting arrrive on time and also that meals are pre ordered. Please confirm bookings the week beforehand.
A non returnable deposit of £10 per person is required please at the time of booking
